    If you've read some of my other posts you know I'm kind of a comic book nerd ... cant help it!

    So here's my Green Lantern inspired (mostly body weight only) conditioning workout!! ENJOY!!

    Aw, I thought this was going to be a "this is the workout that ryan reynolds did for the movie" kind of thing. Looks like a good workout anyway though.

      Sorry, BUT!! Ryan has gone on record saying that for his workouts they focus on isolation/body building type workouts, one body part per day, no cardio, eating every couple of hours, and eating a lot. He's pretty lean to begin with and has to work to put on muscle. So the focus of his workouts for movies is based completely around building muscle.

            No matter what or how bad anyone says the X-Men or Wolverine movies are, I don't care, he's my hero. I'd love to see a sequel!
