I recently hurt my left shoulder at my friend's cottage. I slipped going from the boat onto his dock and fell, but caught myself with my arms before I could completely submerge. That night there was a fair amount of pain.
That was 2 weeks ago, and it's still sore. I'm trying to avoid using it during my workouts, plus icing it down a bit when I can.
Any recommendations for an injury like this? I haven't gone to the doc yet, so I'm not sure if it's just a strain or a tear (probably the former).
