  • New One Arm Pull-up Article

I recently did a guest piece for Diesel Crew about the one arm pull-up. Check it out and let me know what you think. Thanks!

I can't do 15-20 pullups yet I can do a one arm chin up lol.
Is this an English/American thing also? Because with an underhanded grip we call them chin ups, pull ups are an overhanded grip.
Or is the same on the other side of the pond?

    Good article though
    Here's my resolve.

Thanks! Most Americans make the same distinction between pull-ups and chin-ups. However, I call pretty much anything where you literally pull yourself up "a pull-up". In my mind, a chin-up is a type of pull-up. I'm weird though.

With that distinction it makes sense, think I may nick that terminology to use also :P
How does one chinup? Raise your head lol.

I've never seen a woman do a one arm pullup but I've heard stories of it. It would be cool if you were the first to get it on film!

The never ending battle of strength vs muscle endurance, exemplified!

Al, I remember seeing this article on my google reader (which I have to use at work otherwise it's too obvious that I'm not working) and I was like "holy crap, they're using Al's videos and pics!" it wasn't until the end where I saw them crediting you. I felt silly.
