    I posted on my blog today about the rest/pause method. I recently set a new personal best in muscle-ups using this technique (and got it on video!).

    I've done this before, but mostly for push-ups, didn't know it was an actual method. Congrats on 21 muscle-ups that's nuts!
    I used to seriously post here, now I prefer to troll.

      Borge Fagerli has a system called Myo-reps that is based on the rest pause. His clients have great results in muscle growth with it.
