im with u ... but with the lifestyle u may find recovery time is better .... and that s why its only twice a week too !
fwiw i went for a massive hike on Saturday, felt good doing it but my calves are so sore now it feels like the back of legs have been beaten with a baseball bat - so .. Im feeling yr pain !
This is kinda weird. Normally after a workout I am not sore till the 2nd day after. This time I was sore the next time and today I am a little sore, but not bad. Strange. Oh and we have LOTS of snow so shoveling is on the workout agenda today. lol
