I design websites and blogs for a living. If you would like a blog or website designed by someone who understands Primal, see my web page.

Primal Blueprint Explorer My blog for people who are not into the Grok thing. Since starting the blog, I have moved close to being Archevore instead of Primal. But Mark's Daily Apple is still the best source of information about living an ancestral lifestyle.

        Excellent!
        Liz.

Zone diet on and off for several years....worked, but too much focus on exact meal composition
Primal since July 2010...skinniest I've ever been and the least stressed about food

Good job. What was your diet and training like for the race?

Well done! A 5K race and powerlifting competition are my goals for 2011; not in the same day of course.

Thanks for the comments everyone! It was my first 5k, so I was very proud to have finished it without stopping, even if I had to do a jog most of the way. I just followed the basic PB and did some practice running/jogging during the past three weeks. Nothing special, but it worked.

I actually slept for a fair bit last night, (4-5 hours), which is a lot more than I'd been getting. I hope it continues.
