  • Scaffold Pull-ups (Cool Video!)

What primal hasn't been tempted to do a pull-up on scaffolding at some point?

Awesome, I like your style. I was doing pull ups the other day in the local playground while my kids were playing, all the kids thought I was superman or something, they all wanted to try!
Fear of the unknown...They are afraid of new ideas. they are loaded with prejudices, not based upon anything in reality, but based onÖ if something is new, I reject it immediately because itís frightening to me. What they do instead is just stay with the familiar.

Thanks! And yes, kids love this stuff! It's the grown-ups who tend to be party-poopers.

My gf doesn't like going to NYC with me cus of this. Too bad we didn't get picks of the $$ I got on random scaffolding on Halloween... I don't understand why NYC is filled with them. Are they even for construction? Nobody ever works on them.

PS: are you bootcamping at TSP this saturday? I should finally make it out, I need a good workout I haven't been pushing myself lately.

The scaffolds aren't always for construction, sometimes I think they are just used to do inspections of buildings. Ya know, to make sure the bricks on top are holding up so the building doesn't crumble.

Glad you are enjoying Danny's participation on my blog. He's been a trainer for a long time like myself but is only recently realizing the power of having a presence on the web.

And yes, bootcamp is on at Tompkins this Saturday at 10am!

there is also a tax break you get if you have scaffolding up, as its linked to making your property nicer/beautifying the city. so lots of places will drag their feet in removing their scaffolding, as they have to pay the full taxes again. Thank you Bloomberg
