        This one's going on my hotel room workout list. Burpees wouldn't be nice for the folks below me, but these should be quiet.

          that's a great idea! They really work your legs, with a focus on you quads, unlike any other push up for sure. If you want a greater focus on your legs simple perform more bear squats in a row =).
