      thank you for posting this. I will try to do this after my 1st bike ride of the season. I enjoy kettle bells allot.

          tabata is just one form of HIIT. It was invented by a japanese guy wanting to show that short intense bouts of exercise were superior to long aerobics for fat loss.


          it is actually 4 mins (i do two) of 20 secs on 10 secs off. i am not sure its superior to other forms eg 1min on 30 secs off

            I did this one last week and it's a nice fast routine to have handy for a spur of the moment workout.


            I really felt it in my lower back muscles at 24 hours...good stuff.
