          I would say: Don't sway your back! You need your natural curved spine to support you. A tucked pelvis undermines that.

            The idea is to not tuck the pelvis too much, it is exaggerated in the video to show it clearly. The idea is to not allow your hips, pelvis, and lower back to sag. Draw in from your belly button, raise your butt up slightly, and give a slight tuck from your hips to engage your abs. You don't want to tuck your hips so much that you begin to get a rounded back or completely flat. =)
