I seem to have overdone the paddling a bit and now the 1st segments of my ring fingers and middle segments of my middle fingers are quite sore. I think it was a combination of wearing neoprene gloves and using a shaft with too large a diameter for my hands. I think I'll stop wearing the gloves for now.
Does anyone have any advice how to treat flexor tendinitis, aside from the standard RICE and vitamin I treatment? I'm thinking forearm stretches and the like. Anything nutritional that can speed healing?
