I've been chewing this one over for too long now and I've dabbled once or twice but I need to try harder! I'm a personal trainer/sports coach and keen triathlete. My biggest concern with this kind of change is that I will struggle with the low carb load. Yes, I know that chronic cardio isn't good for me, but I'm new to the sport and I'm not prepared to give up yet! Any advice much appreciated to give me the push I need! I think my clients could all benefit from this approach too but never have them do anything I've not done myself - I try to walk the talk if you know what I mean! I've read a great book about training around a paleo diet but real life experiences interest me even more. Thanks!!
