I've been lurking for a few months now and decided to finally buckle down & make a new lifestyle for myself & my family. I started the primal lifestyle just over 3 weeks ago (Monday, April 26th) with my wife and two kiddos in tow. So far, so good, and I feel better than I have in a number of years. I can't believe how much more energy I have. In addition to the "diet", I'm also walking 45-50 minutes most mornings. Thanks for all the great info & I look forward to sharing before & after pics in another 6 or7 months.
