I live in Sparks and am just starting on the Primal path, although I have followed Nourishing Traditions for the past few years, but have found that there are too many grains, even with soaking, and so I am switching over to PB. Grains are not good for my diabetes, I have discovered, and so with the blessings from my doc, I am switching this week.

    Glad to see a 'local'!

Good luck on your journeys guys! Going primal is the best decision you could possibly make and you will find that out real soon!

I am not anywhere close to you guys, but I did visit Lake Tahoe about 12 years ago wit my entire family of 6. I will be back soon as it is simply a beautiful place
      Find me at aToadontheRoad.com. Cheers!

Helloooo up there. I'm in Sacramento. I love to go up to Tahoe.
          Ancestral Health Info

I design websites and blogs for a living. If you would like a blog or website designed by someone who understands Primal, see my web page.

Primal Blueprint Explorer My blog for people who are not into the Grok thing. Since starting the blog, I have moved close to being Archevore instead of Primal. But Mark's Daily Apple is still the best source of information about living an ancestral lifestyle.
