Hi! I recently learned about this book doing an on-line search for gluten free, dairy free. I have the book, which I have been reading and just checking out this blog/forum. I have tried a few days of eating this way and I find I am hungry, tired, and depressed. Is this normal? I thought this was supposed to prevent those things, but I feel like crap. Any help would be appreciated.
