I like the PB approach. I did a 30 day a couple of monthes ago and was probably 70/30. Don't eat sugar, or junk food, I'm cutting back on grains and any processed foods and upping the proteins. I'm 60 and my main objectives are to get leaner (target: drivers license weight of 165) stronger (target: 20 pullups) and more endurance so I can continue surfing and playing tennis injury free and oh yeah..working. I want abs too. A belly looks really bad in a wet suit. I don't have a scale and don't count calories or get too technical about diet stuff. That's what I like about this site and its members; PB makes sense and it's sustainable! Looking forward to learning and contributing.
