    Could anyone tell me why, when eating refined carbohydrates I feel stronger, sleep better, satiated after eating a meal with refined bread or rice. I try to get the same effect with sugar rather it be cane sugar, honey, or syrup and I cannot get the same effect. When I try eating whole grain only or no grain I feel crummy. Does anyone feel the same?
