    Hello everybody I'm Jamie, I'm 23 and live in Northern England.

    I've joined this site as I've always been battling with my weight. I did a fantastic 12 week transformation last year where I got in the best shape of my life. Unfortunately the diet consisted of carbs such as brown rice, sweet potato etc and I relapsed over Christmas and gained weight. I've now been eating primal for 5 weeks, lost 10lbs and have an abundance of energy. I'm half way through the primal blue print and I can honestly say its the best thing I've ever read!

    I'm looking forward to getting to know you all and getting involved in the discussions on this site. =)

          Hi Jamie and welcome! Fellow Northerner here, although I have been out of the region for a while now. Best of luck with Primal - it's been one of the best decisions I ever made :-)

            Hi Jamie,
            I live right down in the West County so about as far the other end of the country as possible! I've been primal for 3 weeks now and am loving it. 7lbs off and feeling fab

              Hard to say, I wasn't really eating processed food much ever, then a few months ago I cut out all grains and legumes, veg fats etc., now just playing about with some percentages and stuff but basically I live off meat, veg, butter, bit of cream, stuff like that. It's great!
