    I always have been very gassy and bloated with regular bouts of the runs. I have been off all grains for only about a week and the gas problems and bloating are gone along with the digestive problems.

    Isn't it amazing??? I've always had horrible, awful gas... and it just disappeared as soon as I stopped eating grains. Now, if I eat a small serving of grains, I know it immediately. =P

      I've only doing this 5 days so far and I've noticed the same thing! My sinus issues are seeming to clear up too. I'm noy 100% grain free, have a slice of bread here and there but still see the difference .
      Calm the f**k down.
