  • Hi from south west wales

    Hi all,
I have been browsing for a few week's now and decided to join up. I'm not new to this as I was Paleo for several months last year (2012) and am a member on Rob Wolff's forum. But as is often the case I fell off the wagon!!! However I'm back on it and liked the look of this forum. I have beeen eating primaly for two week's now and have managed to loose 10lb already!
    All the best,
    Adam.
P.S Mr Paul Halliday, if you see this ,hello.....

Hi Adam, welcome aboard. You will find a lot of good stuff on here and plenty of peeps ready to give you conflicting advice, including me!
Man seeks to change the foods available in nature to suit his tastes, thereby putting an end to the very essence of life contained in them.

Welcome Adam, I'm a frequent visitor to Pembrokeshire, if that's where you are..?

          Hi, thanks for the replies.
Owen, I live near Carmarthen. You must pass through there on your way west unless you travel from the north and hug the west wales coastline?

Hi Adam, yes I often pass through Carmarthen, one particularly good trip last year involved driving to Carmarthen, getting the train and bus to Broad Haven and walking around to Newport on the coast path. You're lucky to live so close to it!
