  • Hello all

    Been on the primal plan for about a month. Have lost 17 pounds plus another 15 pounds earlier through exercise (ranch work) and eliminating wheat (allergic).

    Nervous about primal as everyone i know is either vegan or low fat. So not much support. At any rate, I'm trying to get BP down and 30 more pounds off. Weigh 158 pounds at 57 years old. Haven't seen that weight in 20 years. Have been on 4 BP drugs with awful side effects. Never able to get the BP to move under 135/88. Feel like I have a lot more energy and most of the time, I can get through the day with breakfast and a small dinner. So appreciate the support!
