    Hi my name is Jacob a few years ago I was just on the SAD diet and I was really over weight even though I exercised every day. I started studying and I went into a vegetarian diet I lost a lot of weight from 210 to 160 but the only problem is that I was skinny fat. So after more and more looking into nutrition I started to do a paleo diet I have been on it for 2 weeks now and weight 155 and starting to add muscle finally. Well that's my story so far
