  • New Primal (Sauer) Kraut

*stands up and clears his throat*

    Hello Everyone.
My name is Björn and I am a primalholic !
I became addicted after using for only ten days.
It all started, when I clicked a link from and decided to buy
    the book "The Primal Blueprint".
Consumed it in less than 48 hours.
It all seemed to make so much sense.
I was a heavy user of CW before I found PB.
Pulled a cold turkey from CW and dived deep into PB with great enthusiasm.
Now I have already infected my wive with PB and am intending to use this wonderful drug until the end of my days.

    The Questions:

    Location: Lübeck, Germany

    Age : 45

    How Primal are you:
Eating and exercising almost 100 percent for 10 days now, then again I only started 10 days ago after reading the Primal Blueprint in less than two days. Feels like I can watch my body fat burning away.
I was drinking Green Smoothies on a daily basis and exercised YAYOG for about a year before finding PB, but only started cutting out grains and legumes and watching my carb intake from fruits to stay below 100 gramm ( fat burning sweet spot) 10 days ago and it is mind-blowing how dramatic that changed my ability to dispose of my dreaded belly fat, which I thought would stay on me for the rest of my life.

Do you consume dairy: some raw milk cheeses and of course lots of butter

Do you drink coffee or tea: tea

Motivator for switching to Primal: Staying healthy and of course LGN (couldn't get rid of my belly fat)

    Favorite exercise: elevated pushups

Favorite Primal food: Eggs in all variations, selfmade meatballs, Green Smoothies

Best part about being Primal: feeling of having control over my body again

Worst part about being Primal: Feeling lightheaded if I accidentally drop under 50 gr. carbs per day

    Vielen Dank und Auf Wiedersehen...
"Give a man a fire, and he's warm for a day. Set fire to a man, and he's warm for the rest of his life."

Great intro! Yes, it is like a drug, isn't it? I do feel a bit like I'd like to stand on a street corner handing out leaflets and telling people their salvation is at hand!
