    How Primal are you: 95%

    Do you consume dairy: Minimal

    Do you drink coffee or tea: Tea occasionally

    Motivator for switching to Primal: At the end of January 2013 I started Weight Watchers weighing in at 307, I followed WW for 2 1/2 months losing 30 pounds. But by personal choice I wasn't eating pasta, bread or and of the crazy WW snacks. Mostly meat, fruit and veggies so I was fairly primal already figured I am 3/4 primal might as well go the rest of the way.

    Favorite exercise: Right now I do a lot of walking each night, weekends I tend to head to the local state forests and do off trail hiking which is fun for variety and pretty good exercise.

    Favorite Primal food: grilled steak, locally foraged wild edibles from the forest

    Best part about being Primal: Never being hungry all the time

    Worst part about being Primal: Finding primal friendly food when you have to go out for work dinners or invited of friends house.
