  • Hi! I'm Liana!

I am a Stay at home mother of 3, who needs to lose about 75 lbs and do a 180 regarding my health practices. I started walking/sprinting and bicycling often. I found this site and found a lot of things that make a TON of sense.

I homeschool my oldest, but my 2nd will be heading to kindergarten in the youngest is almost 3 - all girls.

Along with my main focus of learning to live Primally, I am working on my handcrafted soap business to launch in the summer. I am finally making myself a priority

Welcome to the forum and good luck with all of your goals! Craft work of all kinds are a great complement to the Primal/Paleo lifestyle and lot of fun.

Welcome! I'm brand new here as well, but wanted to say hi. I am also a mom of three, and we homeschool, and my youngest is also 3.

Way to go on making yourself a priority!

Welcome home! These folks around here really do make this place feel like you're sitting around shooting the breeze with the relatives you like.
Life is not a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in a pretty and well preserved body, but rather to skid in broadside, thoroughly used up, totally worn out, steak in one hand, chocolate in the other, yelling "Holy F***, What a Ride!"

"I am also a mom of three, and we homeschool..."

I'm impressed that so many people with independent mindsets are attracted to this community, but that's probably to be expected in general since they're already willing to go off the beaten CW path on food. I personally have a lifelong dream of owning a plot of good acreage somewhere beautiful and homesteading.
