    I'm pretty experienced when it comes to working out, I've competed in power lifting, mountain biking and now I play basketball once a week and lift 5x a week and I am a PE teacher. My diet on the other hand could use some work. I'm here to learn some new (old) diet tricks and hopefully improve on mine.
