    Hi everyone. I'm new here. I've been playing around with eating primally for the past few weeks. I have not been consistent (I'm having a difficult time giving up the occasional beer or two with my bf). Anyhow, I'd like to drop 20 pounds and heal my digestive issues. I've always suspected that I have IBS.

    After eating well (mostly meat, fat and some veggies) for the past few days, I've felt fabulous. I went out last night with my bf and had pasta (gasp!). I woke up this morning bloated and in pain. This was definitely my "aha moment". I never knew if I was sensitive to gluten, dairy or what. I've been having my morning coffee with a splash of raw milk and have been feeling fine. However, the pasta from last night obviously did me in. Lesson learned.
