    Your location: Ontario, Canada

    Age (If you want): 40

    How Primal are you: Mostly

    Do you consume dairy: Cream in my protein shakes, cheese and butter

    Do you drink coffee or tea: both

    Motivator for switching to Primal: Reading everything I could get my hands on about nutrition and health over the past 2 years. I had gained a lot of weight in the past 9 years, and nothing I did was taking it off. Wanted to research the right way to do things.

    Favorite exercise: Circuit Training

    Favorite Primal food: Steak, big salads

    Best part about being Primal: Energy. Lethargy is gone! Bloating is gone! Allergies have cleared up significantly.

    Worst part about being Primal: None (well, maybe having to hide it from family and friends because they think I'm cuckoo - or they try to make me eat cupcakes and cookies and other "treats".
