  • Knew about it for ages, finally doing it

I would like to thank Mark Sisson for having an email subscription on his website because for 2 years I have been receiving the emails, agreeing with every word, and then ignoring the advice. Finally three weeks ago I started a full primal diet and have never felt better in my life. I hope this is a new beginning. I sure feels like one.

Thanks people. Already been shrinking my jeans in the tumbledrier My cupboards and fridge have become a delight to use - no clutter but just useable stuff (does anyone else have this?)

Nope. SWMBO has bread flour, pasta and other stuff in the cupboards.
Why use a sledge hammer to crack a nut when a steam roller is even more effective, and, is fun to drive.
