    Hello,

    I have been lurking around and dabbling in the Primal lifestyle for a few months now. Today is the day I go all the way! Or at least 80% primal, I still need that bit of coffee and dark chocolate..........

    Age (If you want): 47

    How Primal are you: Shooting for 80%

    Do you consume dairy: yes, but trying really hard to limit it

    Do you drink coffee or tea: yes, both

    Motivator for switching to Primal: Weight loss, more energy, get rid of the inflammation in my body and reduce my risk of diabetes

    Favorite exercise: Walking

    Favorite Primal food: Meat

    Best part about being Primal: Getting to eat until I am satisfied

    Worst part about being Primal: Other people accepting I am changing my lifestyle and this is not just some sort of fad I am trying.
