    Hi guys!

    Just started trying PB about a week ago, mainly with what I've read on the blog. I'll have to check the library for Mark's book or see if I can charm the bf into buying it. ^_^

    Been kinda tired & congested, but I figure it might be carb flu since it goes away sometimes. Quit sodas (was mostly drinking diet), grains, & junk. A few misses here & there, but I'm kinda tough & black coffee/unsweetened black tea isn't too bad. Haven't noticed any cravings, oopses were mostly getting food with other people. (Frozen beef & bean burrito, goulash at bf's parent's, cake at family party today that grandma made & would be upset if I didn't have any, lol) but not a bad start! ^_^

    Welcome Laurie. Yeah, just keep working on it. You don't have to be perfect. Good luck!

    Be careful of what you read in the forum. We tend to have some goofy ideas here, me included.

        +1 Yes, the book is handy but you can get everything from this link.
