I've been reading this site for a while now, and thought I'd get around to introducing myself.
I've spent the last year trying to diet and count calories, even tried being a raw vegan for a month, and am actually 10 pounds heavier than I was a year ago! The idea of eating so much fat kind of freaks me out, but I am ready to commit to it for 30 days.
I love to workout - I lift heavy twice a week and do intervals twice a week as well. I'm 32, 5 9 and 177 pounds (eeek!) I love to eat - and this primal eating sounds way more delish than my calorie controlled 6 tiny meals per day!
anyway, looking forward to diving into this and seeing where it takes me.
