Hi, I'm just embarking on the PB lifestyle and am glad to see so many helpful people on the forum. I'm a lifelong carb-lover but am committed to eliminating the bad stuff. I'm in the first few days of adopting PB, so can someone please tell me how long it takes the overwhelming cravings for the simple carbs to go away? At times it's all I can do to not devour a (large) bag of Doritos.
