Hey, not from London, but do spend some time there. I'm from Leicester and have been on and off Primal for a few months. Good luck with it, glad you're enjoying it!

Hi back. Nice to see people from my side of the pond here. The more we get, the more we can share information relevant for our access to resources.

          Hi,

I live in West London and looking for Primal buddies. There is a London Primal/Paleo group on FB but not much seems to happen - https://www.facebook.com/paleolondon

Considering setting up a London Primal 'Meet-Up' group... would be great if a few of us could do it??

            Hi Chloe

I'm based near London in Watford. I have only been primal for 2 months and going very well so far. I have been wondering about eggs in UK. Organic? Free range? What's best for primal eating?

              Hi Chloe

I'm in Midhurst, West Sussex and come up to London quite often .... welcome to the growing band of primal peeps!

About eggs I try to eat local organic where possible but sometimes buy supermarket free range ... eggs are pretty good in this country now thanks to Hugh F-W!

There's no organic eggs available here so I buy free range. Large are 99p a half dozen in Aldi and Lidl. I have a two egg omelette for breakfast with either mushrooms or spinach that I fry in a bit of butter. Doesn't look a large meal but it does me 'til lunch time.

Thank you all for this information. I found some free range organic eggs in Sainsburys today, a bit pricey at 3.79 for 12. What about nitrite free bacon?

I worked at Bentalls when I was at school. Mum was a Buyer in the photography department. I joined the Army and moved away. Mum & dad retired to Norfolk. Started doing genealogy and found my granddad and his father were born in Kingston. A couple of years ago my younger daughter moved to Tolworth. I'll be visiting Kingston on the 22nd.

Any eateries in Kingston where one can get a primal lunch?

Hi guys, thought it was about time someone made one of these (if they haven't already, if so please let me know) https://www.facebook.com/PrimalBluep...ax_wizard=true
Please join and let's organise some meet-ups in the UK and build our little community. I'm fairly new to the PB (6 months ish) but loving it and my body is thanking me for it.

P.s. I get the fairtrade omega 3 enriched eggs from waitrose and their 1.99 for 6. I'm going to write to them and find out whether the hens are grain fed or not...
