Hi everyone, I've been primal for 2 months & I'm very eager to learn all I can. I've lost 15lbs. so far. 10 more would put me at a very comfortable weight. I haven't had too many days that I wanted carbsl but lately I miss them but haven't faltered & eaten any because I know its bad. I'm hypoglycemic so eating has always been a must for me which is why I've taken a liking to this. Some days, especially first thing in the morning, I'm starving & it seems to take lots to stoke the fire. I'm here for encouragement, recipes, knowledge, & if I can be of any support to anyone, I'll do my best. I lurked around a while before joining & my final decision was made by a member called sungrazer & he's not even aware of it. I found his posts to be uplifting, motivational, & very supportive of others, so I'm hoping to find more like him here & have no doubt that I will. Thanks for reading.
