I'm Lauri, I live in Austin. I have been low carb/GF off and on for several years, primal/paleo for 6 weeks. It was easy, no transition, just woke up one day, hit the grocery and have been eating this way since. While I am overweight, I have no health issues leading me to this meal plan - cholesterol and blood sugar are in the upper normal range, but not bad enough for intervention. I do hope to lose weight. So far - nothing, but I feel great. Anyway, Hi y'all!
