    Hi everyone,

    I am very new to the Primal way of life. Just bought the book a couple of days ago and thought I would sign up the forum for some support and info.

    Your location: UK

    Age (If you want):28

    How Primal are you: Just started, trying no grains or processed foods.

    Do you consume dairy: Yes, milk and yoghurt

    Do you drink coffee or tea: Some coffee

    Motivator for switching to Primal: Recommended by a personal trainer friend of mine. Plus I have started taking really attention to what I eat.

    Favorite exercise: Interval training and walking

    Favorite Primal food: Not sure yet...

    Best part about being Primal: Very early days but I am exciting about the journey.

    Worst part about being Primal: Unsure yet.

    Hey, Nick! I am new too. I've been off the grains for over a week now and that's been wonderful. I too include dairy though. It has never seemed to be a problem for me to include a little cheese along or a cup of homemade yogurt--full fat organic milk! But I don't typically eat dairy more than once a day. I love to interval train too, but since my recumbent bike died I've been just trying to incorporate much more walking. Meanwhile, welcome!!

        I just joined too, after reading comments/articles on MDA for the last two months. Got most of the diet stuff down...now trying to work on the physical workouts, etc.
