  • does this sound like a primal dinner??

ok so am going to wagamamas tomorrow for dinner and i've checked the menu (lots of rice and noodles ...and i think the most primal things is:

    ginger beef and coriander salad
seared steak with caramelised red onions, beansprouts, red peppers, cucumber, carrot, mooli, ginger and coriander tossed with mixed leaves and wagamama house dressing. garnished with sesame seeds

what does everyone reckon? obvs the dressing isnt gonna be 100 percent but hey ho. a x

This is what the 80/20 rule is all about though. Eat as best you can and enjoy life.
