A CW diet is a diet based on conventional wisdom - in the US that is low fat, lots of whole grains, fruits, veggies, and processed oils.

This is a little different from SAD - which is standard american diet. That would consist of lots of processed foods, fried food, high fructose corn syrup, fast food, refined grains, oil, etc.

        Some people use them interchangeably
Using low lectin/nightshade free primal to control autoimmune arthritis. (And lost 50 lbs along the way )
