    So, what did you give up or going to do for Lent? No chocolate or alcohol until Easter. It will interesting to see what happens.

    Coffee. I'm on day three of a killer headache. But that will also knock out the only bit of dairy I was having, heavy cream in my morning cup o' joe.

    I'm also curious to see if that tweak will have any effect on my weight loss.

      Chocolate and Facebook. I also committed to a fitness competition at the end of March, so I'll be increasing my exercise.
