Have been sugar free for over 12 months, and found this site via the sweet poison web site in Australia. Have always liked the fat on meat, lamb etc, and couldn't understand people cutting it off. Glad I found you guys as it has encouraged me to go that one step further and cut out all grains as well, hopefully will be able to keep it up. Not really overweight, only a couple of kgs to lose, and it doesn't matter if I don't, I just want the healthy lifestyle without all the processed food. Anyway, G'day to everyone.
