    Have been reading this blog and being primal since Nov 2011, great to be able to discuss this lifestyle, get ideas, and get reinforcements.

    After nearly giving up on weight loss for decades, this has been like a game changer.

    Lost around 28 pounds so far in 3 months, could be even more, I am going by the last time I remember i had weighed myself before the diet.

    Age (If you want): 48

    How Primal are you: 95%

    Do you consume dairy: some butter and cheese

    Do you drink coffee or tea: black coffee and green tea

    Motivator for switching to Primal: lose weight get more energy

    Favorite exercise: not much at the moment, but biking, swimming

    Favorite Primal food: steak, rotisserie chicken, salmon, goat/lamb kadhai

    Best part about being Primal: lost weight, sleep well, less daytime sleepiness, more energy in that order

    Worst part about being Primal: to give up some old-time favorites, but don't miss them much.
