    Alllll righty fellow Groks, here I go! Just had the 50,000 mile check up (50 yrs old) and, fortunately, things are good. I've got some work to do but I knew that already. I'm looking to drop 15-20lbs and improve my fitness level as well as my life. Similar to many of you, my motivation is my family! I want to be around to see my two kids become who they're meant to become. Maybe even see some grandchildren? I also want to "drop dead" when my time is up, and not slowly waste away. What a great concept! I know this will be tough but I'm ready for the change. My diet has sucked for many years until recently and there is still room for a lot of improvement. I'm an "empty calorie" junky so I know the road ahead of me is steep, but that's cool, I can do some sprints on the way up! Eventually!
