    I am so bad at posting on forums.
    I belong to far too many.
    However, this is the one I have consistently gained the most from.
    I know. I should be looking at where I can give. But I am a mother to three amazing kids, wife to one incredibly lovable but challenging man, and chiropractor to 50+ loving patients. I give a lot and receive so much from it.
    Last winter I dropped 15-20 pounds effortlessly while eating primal.
    Summer and all the "crisp" white wine and crusty baguettes that go along with the season just seemed to....well take over. I participated in a Muddy fun. But still, I've packed some of the pounds back on even though the main foundation of my diet is Primal.
    It's time to break out the bacon, run fast, sauna a lot and throw a lot of football passes.
    I began what I call a Primal Cleanse awesome Primal Soup, oodles of water and copious amounts of lemon juice and hot water. I plan to do this for 2 weeks. Cheers! Tracy
