Primal Blueprint Explorer My blog for people who are not into the Grok thing. Since starting the blog, I have moved close to being Archevore instead of Primal. But Mark's Daily Apple is still the best source of information about living an ancestral lifestyle.
I use IF on a regular basis. I try to vary the times. Some days I eat around noon, sometimes by 2pm, other times I wait till 6pm. I also try to have days when I eat an early meal around 9am. Eating just one or two meals per day does seem to help me maintain or lose since I like to eat big when I eat.
I have been practicing IF now for around 6 months to great effect. Combination of that, Primal eating and exercise has made a huge difference to my body constitution and ability to mainatin a steady and healthy weight.
