  • Hi Everyone from UK

    Hi,

My story short : 1,5 year ago 290lbs - then started diet - low carb, no wheat, bread, sugar whatever this means. lost 50 lbs and then joined gym. My lowest weight was 200 lbs. I was very happy, + holidays abroad + OOOh, I lost a lot,so I can have this cookie ...... and now the same like before gym. It's completely different than before gym body shape. I can run 10km, 60 pushups, train with weights ( mostly kettlebell ), but ..... can see my belly growing again. I went through all important books ( Fife, Taubes ) and others.

So, I'm fully aware what should I do. My plan is ( in progress partly ):

    - consistent with training . Mostly train a few times per days for 5-10 minutes with my kettlebell.
I quit gym a few months ago - I have everything I need at home.
    - cut carbohydrates like I did before, and eat more fat ( I love coconut oil ) , and more organic food.
    - paleo in at least 80%
    - do not listen to my family about eating : no support here, and no way to explain, convince and so on , I tried everything.

My goal is - health and shape I will like. Can't tell about pounds, muscles weigh a lot, and they still grow

    Any comment welcomed !

Welcome. Sounds like you are on track.

Primal Blueprint Explorer My blog for people who are not into the Grok thing. Since starting the blog, I have moved close to being Archevore instead of Primal. But Mark's Daily Apple is still the best source of information about living an ancestral lifestyle.
