I have been trying to go paleo for about two weeks now.. but my sweet tooth gets the best of me. I have cut down dramaticly on the carbs (my diet was 60-70% carbs) and have added alot more meat, fresh fruits and veggies. But after a long hard day at work a small piece of something sweet gets me everytime. I really didn't think it was that big of a deal, but that small peice seems to get a little bigger everytime and its a habit now that I need to break. Any suggestions on how to stop the sweet tooth attack would be great!!!!
