      Day 11,

      Not my best day, I felt kind of weak for most of the day, but better as the day went on. We went out to eat and I got steak which was delicious (Especially with cinnamon butter). Tomorrow I'm hoping to get an entire leg off of from yummy poultry.

        Day 16,

        This weekend was awesome. I had turkey and brisket and they were both delicious. I just wanted to ask if anyone else felt neither great nor bad during the first weeks of the transition? Also, is it a problem for someone my age who is looking to gain muscle to eat way for protein than 1 gram per pound of lean mass?
