I am just starting the primal way and finding it very overwhelming. I need a list of what I can't eat. I feel as though I have been following this way for a while and I see no difference. So I feel like I must be doing something wrong. Can anyone help me find a list or guide me in the right direction. Like I can't eat any beans? And does all meats need to be organic and does everything have to be organic? What does the term processed food include?
