        Welcome. Good luck on primal!
        Ancestral Health Info

I design websites and blogs for a living. If you would like a blog or website designed by someone who understands Primal, see my web page.

Primal Blueprint Explorer My blog for people who are not into the Grok thing. Since starting the blog, I have moved close to being Archevore instead of Primal. But Mark's Daily Apple is still the best source of information about living an ancestral lifestyle.

Yeah, bacon is the great equalizer when it comes to turning guys primal. That and a big juicy steak:-) There are lot's of parenting tips around to help with your daughters adjustment.

My kids are a bit older (6 and 8) and also rather picky. They also only live with me 1/2 time. I have chosen to not make them primal at this point. But they still get a lot more local sourced/grass fed meat and veggies than the standard diet, so I see it as a slow transition. I wouldn't call them carb-hounds exactly, but it might just be that I'm not willing to deal with the difficulty of eliminating the convenience grains allow. They're skinny, active, energetic kids who get a fairly wide variety despite their pickyness.

Lots of trade-offs with parenting. You do what works best for you.

Welcome and congratulations! I get a feeling as a gymnast you're going to be rockin' PB Fitness. Strength, agility, speed. Right up your alley!
Trying a journal. We'll see how long that lasts....
